jeetbuzzcc (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between jeetbuzzcc and any user of this platform ("you" or "member").

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: ৳26,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before funds from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• A bonus may be claimed only once — only one bonus applies per promotion.
• jeetbuzzcc reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback and exclusive benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on gaming activity and the member's engagement with the platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts from the same person or household.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with other members.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

6.2 Game Results

The outcome of all games on our platform is determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have an objection regarding the outcome of any game, you must notify our support team within 72 hours of the result being published. We will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. The decision of jeetbuzzcc will be considered final.

jeetbuzzcc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If an account is opened using false or misleading information.
• If the member fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
• If the responsible gaming policy is violated.

Any claim relating to a balance after account closure will be decided following an investigation. Bonuses received in cases of Terms violations, and any winnings derived from them, may be forfeited.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Withdraw any eligible funds from your balance before the account is closed. Requests for self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds will be processed with the highest priority.
